How do I present my ticket at the event?
Show QR code sent through eventbrite at the gate to get your wristband.
When do the gates open and close?
Gates open Friday, October 18th at Noon.
No camping will be permitted Thursday night.
Gates close once the sun goes down.
Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
All ticket sales are final. If you purchased a ticket and want to transfer it to a friend, send us an email – thegraveyardgetdown@gmail.com
What should I bring?
Beer, cooler, tent, food, water, sunglasses, sunscreen, smiles, and of course your best dancing shoes!!
Is there camping onsite?
Yes! We have RV camping and car camping available. Make sure to grab your camping pass! No water or electric hookups will be available
Where can I park?
You will be able to park on site next to your tent if you’re camping. There will be available parking for day trippers as well.
Will food or drinks be provided?
There will be numerous food truck vendors on site. You’re also welcome to bring your own food and drink!
How can I get involved?
If you’re interested in becoming a sponsor, booking a vendor space, or volunteering at this year’s Graveyard Getdown Music & Haunt Festival please email thegraveyardgetdown@gmail.com with your name and contact information.
Are pets allowed?
No pets allowed. The music is loud and can be harmful to their ears. Please keep your furry friends at home.
Are fires allowed?
Fires will not be permitted at this year’s Graveyard Getdown Music & Haunt Festival.
Are golf carts allowed?
Patrons are not allowed to bring their golf carts to this event. Everything is very easily accessible and easy to walk to.
Are firearms allowed?
All firearms and weapons of any kind are prohibited. If you are caught bringing a firearm into the festival you will be forced to leave immediately with no ticket refund. No exceptions.
